Using IdeaFlo

IdeaFlo helps you capture, organise, expand, import, export, and manage ideas across supported devices.

You must use the service lawfully, responsibly, and in line with these terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials, devices, and recovery information secure.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of the ideas, notes, attachments, and other content you create or import into IdeaFlo.

You give us the limited rights needed to host, sync, process, back up, secure, and display that content so we can provide the service.

Acceptable use

You must not use IdeaFlo to break the law, infringe rights, upload harmful content, attack systems, bypass security, scrape the service, spam people, or interfere with other users.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these terms or create risk for the service.

AI features

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-generated output.

Do not use AI features for prohibited, harmful, or unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans and credit packs may be sold through app stores or other payment providers. Final price, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms may depend on the provider and your region.

Subscription changes should be managed through the store or payment provider used to purchase the plan.

Imports and exports

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to import, store, export, or share any content you bring into IdeaFlo.

Exports are provided for convenience and may require compatible third-party software to open or edit.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep IdeaFlo reliable, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or platforms when needed for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons.

Third-party services

IdeaFlo may link to or integrate with app stores, authentication providers, AI providers, analytics, diagnostics, and other third-party services.

Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

IdeaFlo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdeaFlo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination and contact

You may stop using IdeaFlo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
