We also collect technical data such as device type, app version, diagnostic logs, crash reports, security events, and usage signals needed to keep the service reliable.

How we use information

We use information to provide IdeaFlo, sync your ideas, process imports and exports, manage accounts, deliver AI features, handle billing, answer support requests, improve reliability, and protect the service from misuse.

We do not sell your personal information or your ideas.

AI processing

AI features process only the content you choose to send for expansion, summarization, or related actions.

We use technical safeguards and provider controls to limit access, retention, and use of that content. You can choose not to use AI features.

Security and encryption

We use encryption in transit and at rest, authentication controls, device and session protections, logging, monitoring, and least-privilege access to protect your account and data.

No online service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep protection proportionate to the sensitivity of your ideas.

IdeaFlo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
